There seemed to be several maintainance issues. We had to pry open the front sliding door manually and close it manually. The pool and spa were closed for maintenance. Checking in was really slow. There was a language issue. The person had to ask for help several times.

Very rude desk staff, I left my watch there and was told I had to send in a pre-paid box for them to mail. The manager was always “out of the office” every time I tried to call things just seemed sketchy. Very disappointed

Honestly the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I've been traveling for work, and while it cost twice as much as I usually go for, the room was huge, breakfast was good, didn't have time to check out the pool or anything, bathroom was also huge and the whole place was spotless. Only issue I had was my room had poor wifi coverage, but it was fine.
