Adequate. Thankfully it was Clean! Everything in the hotel stays locked for security reasons and it is inconvenient but understandable. Neighbors were LOUD, but it is a college town. It needs some updating- definitely an older hotel that has been well used.

When I arrived, I was told I couldn’t park my RV in their lot and that I would be towed- this was by what I assume is a maintenance person. On to the front desk, same thing from staff, all in a matter of about 5 minutes. We were a little early and were told “out internet is down so we can’t check anyone in “ which I believe to be disingenuous. Seems hospitality is lost on the staff of this property. Don’t recommend.

Overall it wasn’t all that bad. We did request maintenance for the bathroom, however it took them 2 hours to show up. Also I called about extending my check out time and the person on the other end was rude. Plus I’m still seeing a security deposit on my account. It disappeared and it came back again so I’m confused on to how all that works

Beware! Look elsewhere!

What a terrible stay! This place was so run-down and dirty that I didn’t even bring my personal belongings inside. I went to my car every time I needed something for fear of the filth. Nothing about this place is comfortable at all. I cannot believe I was charged the amount I was to stay here. I will likely never book on Hotels.com again, because that price is atrocious for such poor quality. The pictures are completely misleading and look nothing like the real thing. Don’t stay here.
