My room and the area was infested with fleas. I did not render services i immediately have to cancel my stay and find a new place to stay at 1am. In addition to that ive had to pay for 2 seperate cleanings of my vehicle since now my vehicle has fleas in it. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Im paying lot of money for a correction i did not create and i was only on the property for about 45 min while checking in, getting to the room, my ankles and feet being bitten up and covered in fleas, and then canceling back at the front desk.

No one at the desk at check-in. I walked past a lady that was chatting and laughing with a man outside. I waited an unacceptable length of time for them to finish their conversation before she entered and checked me in.
