My son and I stayed at the Graduate in Fayetteville for a colllege tour at the University of Arkansas and it actually got him more excited for the visit. Rooms were clean, spacious, and obviously had a Razorback vibe. Pretty cool “experience,” and more than a simple stay.

Great location. Pleasant staff and the hotel is eclectic and cool. Not a lot of hot water or water pressure in the shower. Overall, it was lovely and i would go back .
