Not so good. Understaffed and room had dirty towels from a previous guest. Desk person did their best. Missing cleaning supplies. Towels were very thin. Poor management. The store was very sparse with no diet sodas or candy. Breakfast was good. No fruit.

The location of this hotel in Palmyra can't be beat for touring historic sites; however, room 108 was not great. The room had a very musty/ damp smell - we bought and used a full bottle of Febreeze room spray in 2 days. The bathroom was not clean - a dead bug on the shower wall, brown spots that wiped away on the shower floor, a used flosser on the tile floor and other people hair all over (floor, shower, toilet). The toilet flush had to be held down until the tank drained for TP to flush down. The walls of the bathroom and room had stains. The TV semi- worked with lines and glitching out every few minutes. Breakfast was fine but as soon items were gone (yogurt, fruit...) there was no restocking. Beds were fine but pillows were small and lumpy. The inside of the hotel could use new lighting and a deep clean. I'd look elsewhere before booking here.

Great location for Church History

Great location for seeing the church history sites. Basic Hotel, clean, rooms are large and beds comfortable. Had microwave and small fridge that came in handy. Breakfast was simple and convenient.

Worn down with poor maintenance

Many things worn down in this hotel. I rarely write review, but old carpets not cleaned properly with very strong odors, broken AC/heating, etc. We wouldn’t book if rating were lower

Best Western Weekend Stay.

Check in was fairly easy. Hotel beds were neatly laid. Bathrooms were not extremely pristine but were usable. The heating and cooling units worked perfectly as did the fridge, microwave and iron. Breakfast was enjoyable with lots of sitting space. Lobby was quiet and well furnished. Overall, a good 4/5 stay.

This hotel was close to the sites were were interested in. It was typical for a hotel stay. The towels were so rough it hurt to dry your face. Breakfast was ok. The plastic wear was super flimsy.
