The spacious deck affords unobstructed views of Mount Elden and the fairway. The townhouse is a short 7-minute drive to downtown Flagstaff for dining and entertainment. This is a perfect spot for day excursions to Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Please note Club facilities use is only available to guests who pay a use transfer fee. Transfer fee amount is one time $150 plus one time $35 per person for card printing. Pet fee(dogs only)— $25 for one dog, $30 for two. Two well-behaved dogs max.

Home Base for Grand Canyon Visit

Excellent hosts and excellent accommodations. We stayed in Flagstaff for a week-long visit to the area and this property was perfect. Easy access from the highway, yet totally peaceful. Our hosts reached out prior to our arrival to let us know the city was doing a little maintenance near the entrance. While it was no serious impact to us, the proactive effort was very much appreciated. We had a great stay and definitely recommend this property. 5 stars for sure. Thank you Erin & Rob!

Daughter's 21st Birthday

This place was so wonderful to stay in! We were in Flagstaff celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. It was SUPER clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location was beautiful and my husband and I took walks on the golf course. The loft stairs are super narrow so anyone a little bit older or heavier might have trouble navigating them. There were 7 of us staying in the house and we ran out of hot water pretty quickly despite breaking up our showeres. It wasn't a big deal - we just waited a little bit longer in between. It was quiet so my 13 year old was able to sleep well. Everything was really well thought out and taken care of. We will definitely be back!

Close to Attractions

Great property, close to so many attractions. Quiet neighborhood. Within 1.5 hours to Grand Canyon, Sedona, Wupatki National Monument, and so many other areas. Found some good restaurants within 10-15 minutes. Everything you could want in a VRBO to set up home for a few days. Thanks so much!

Great location. Nice property. Host easy to work with. Disappointed master bedroom did not have an attached bathroom. TV in one bedroom not functional due to poor internet service. Poor internet, cuts in and out so main TV unable to watch successfully.

Great Stay!

This was our "homebase" for visiting the Grand Canyon and Sedona. This townhouse had enough room for a family of 4 to spread out. The view of the mountain out the back patio window was great for us "flat landers" from the Midwest. :)

Wonderful holiday adventure

This house was the perfect home base for our National Park adventures. Plenty of space for five teenagers/adults, with a well equipped kitchen for making meals and a great location. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful property for daughters graduation

The townhouse was clean, stocked with anything you will ever need and the beds were amazing. The two bedrooms are on the lower level and have memory foam toppers. I have a topper on my bed at home so it was great to not wake up hurting. The owners picked up right away when I called for a quick question. I would rent this unit again.

Great family getaway

Beautiful golf course view.

House was clean and fully appointed. Great Neiborhood with back porch golf course view. If you site out in the morning you might see the neighbor's cat roam the green looking for a rub. Or you could watch an Osprey dive the pond for a fish.
