I reserved 3 rooms, staff was attentive at check in and the rooms were clean. Arrived at 9:00 for breakfast. No fruit options, 2 egg omelettes left and a stack of sausage. Never saw anyone come out to refill the heated options.

The room was beautiful. Pat at the front desk was welcoming and a great face to the customers. The room is not right priced which is the driver for my lower rating. The location is not convenient unless you are a traveling nurse or in town for work or business. Parking was convenient.

Great hotel, clean and in great condition. Easy on and off from highway. Less than a mile from a Costco, Meijer and gas stations. Arby’s and McDonald’s are short walks

I ordered my room on hotels.com. Came in exhausted to get my room. They gave it away although I received a request to "rate my check-in" two hours before by email. I had to drive two hours home and come back in the morning for my meeting. They did not even offer to find me another room locally. I did not know where to go. So disappointed. PS: Hampton Inn is my go to Hotel -- Love it.
