Nicely l9cated, the front desk people were friendly and helpful. Housekeeping needs improvement, for example, there was hair on the bathroom floor (not ours), shower curtain was dingy and rumpled, the box of tissues were sitting in a puddle of water on the counter, I threw them out when i realized they were wet.

Our stay was averge. Room and bath were clean. Breakfast was good, nothing over the top. Noisy people in room next door. Kids yelling in hallway outside our door. I know the hotel can't control kids but this is what we experienced. Overall it was a good experience.

This property was pretty nice. Room huge! Although it could've used some decor, and a towel hook and the tp holder were falling off the wall. They did not have half and half for coffee!!! I could not have coffee that day because I won't drink that fake (oil, not dairy) cream. That was extremely upsetting. Breakfast was somewhat limited. No yogurts! The butter should be out in the breakfast room, not in the fridge where it's rock hard and won't melt on anything. Nice fresh fruit. The employees were all so nice and friendly!

The property was nice, clean and the breakfast was awesome! There was a mixture of nice staff and just plain rude staff. I asked for rooms next to each other online, got there and one room on 3rd, one on first floor. The evening staff placed a note for day shift to accommodate our request. When asked about the switch the RUDE day staff stated, “we are done cleaning for the day, so I can’t accommodate the request “. She outright disregarded the request and very rude in delivering her comment. The evening staff came in later and was not happy, but he of course could do nothing stating,”I left the note she should have accommodated you”. SMH Interactions like this bring down the ratings online I’m just saying.
