This cozy, well-furnished vacation rental is complete with a well-appointed kitchen (with Keurig, Mr. Coffee, Kitchen Aid mixer, tea kettle, and more), banquet dining table seats and bar seating, entertainment options galore (smart TV, Blu-Ray player, CD player, cassette player, and MP3 player), a card table, and, ceiling fans and microsun lamps in every room. The private, beachfront balcony has stunning water views for miles and comes furnished with swivel rockers and a chaise lounge - access this space from the living room or primary bedroom. Retreat to one of the four cozy bedrooms with premium, comfy mattresses at the day's end and enjoy the jetted Jacuzzi-style tub and a step-in shower in the primary en suite. Visit Folly pier, or sign up for a surfing lesson or a paddleboarding session with one of the various recreational outfitters in Folly Beach, while Folly Beach County Park is less than two miles west for a an afternoon picnic. You'll also be only 12 miles south of downtown Charleston - an easy day trip if you're searching for fascinating history and world-class cuisine.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
