Tervetuloa "Sandy Cheeks" -peliin Folly Beachillä! Tämä koti on rakennettu täydelliseen rantalomalle! Koti on 5 makuuhuonetta, 3 täyttä kylpyammeet ja lukuisia kannet nauttia merituulesta. Kattoterassi sisältää kauniit merinäkymät ja viehättävät auringonlasut. Suojattu piha on täydellinen perheen lemmikki, joka on tervetullut nauttimaan Folly Beach samoin! Hyväksymme mielellämme kaikki lemmikit ja ole roturajoituksia, jotta jokainen voi nauttia rannasta! Vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta pääsee erinomaisesti perheille ja vain lyhyt pyöräily Center Street 916 East Arctic on toistuva lomakohde tulevina vuosina!

Ylimmässä kerroksessa on suuri oleskelutila, jossa on taulu-tv ja runsaasti istuimia perheelle. Omistajat ovat lisänneet kaikki heidän henkilökohtaiset kosketuksensa luovalla taideteoksella antamaan kodille suuren rannikkotunnelman. Ylimmässä kerroksessa on makuuhuone queen-vuode ja liitteenä mestari kylpyamme suihkukaappi. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa yläkerrassa on queen-vuode. Keittiö on täydellinen viihdyttävä keskellä saarta, iso ruokapöytä ja pääsy takaisin kuisti ja ulkona ruokailumahdollisuuksia. Takapihalla on myös hiiligrilli, jonka asiakkaat voivat nauttia. Keittiön päivitetyt laitteet sopivat erinomaisesti myös vaativimpaan perhekokkiin.

Alakerrassa on kolme makuuhuonetta, kaksi queen-vuoteella ja lastenhuone, jossa on kaksi kaksoset. Alakerrassa on taulu-tv oleskelualueille, joissa on viihdetarjontaa. Olohuoneessa on myös kaksi erillistä sohva-nukkumismahdollisuutta.

Folly Beach on erittäin lemmikkiystävällinen yhteisö, jossa on monia ravintoloita ja myymälöitä, jotka avaavat ulkopuoliset alueet neljänlaisten ystäviemme kanssa. We will be back!

We loved the house, so close to the beach, fenced in yard for the dogs, plenty of room for everyone! We loved the big dining room table and the back deck. I especially liked the screened in front porch. We do wish we were provided more toilet paper, paper towels, and dish soap. With how much you pay for a visit it would be good to have extras of these items an to not have to buy more of them. The lint screen in the dryer sticks up to high and several items of clothing got holes in them so that should be fixed. Overall it was a fabulous house!!

April in Folly!

This is our 4th Trip to Charleston/Folly Beach in the last 2 years. Both of our sons moved to the area after college. We have thoroughly enjoyed visiting the area and definitely recommend the gorgeous weather April had to offer!! This rental offered a great space for the family to spread out. It was a couple of miles from Center Street (and all of the restaurants,bars and shops). However, we rented a 6 person golf cart which made getting around very easy. You will absolutely want to take advantage of the availability of golf carts to make getting around (and parking) MUCH easier. This property is older and needs a little TLC. It’s showing the signs of having been rented for many years - damage to the drywall in various areas, screen doors that need to be replaced, a couch that was covered in stains, etc. The small fan in the first bedroom (on the main level) was coated in dirt. The home needs to be deep cleaned. The floors were filthy. I say all of this while also recognizing this is a beach property which can make it more challenging to keep clean. At the end of the day, we had a wonderful time and created great memories. We will absolutely return … but we’ll stay in a different rental next time.

This was a spacious and clean property located closely to beach access. Our group of women over the age of 50 loved our stay and the rooftop provided a fun atmosphere while taking on beautiful views of the ocean! This property provides the PERFECT accommodations and is highly recommended!

Family Getaway

Came to Folly Beach for the first time. The location of the house was great, proximity to beach was fabulous, Had 8 adults and an 11 month old. House was plenty spacious and furnishings were comfortable Roof top deck was nice. A great time was had by all! Can’t wait to come back!

Great location on Folly

The location of this house is great. Right across the street from beach access. The rooftop deck is a great space. The furniture needs to be replaced and more comfortable up there. Overall the house is comfortable for a girls weekend trip. Would not be ideal for blended families.

Sandy Cheeks Needs a Refresh

Sandy Cheeks needs some updating. The furniture is not as pictured in the listing. It’s a bit worn- especially the back patio and roof deck furniture- it is very worn and not especially clean. We’ve been coming to Folly for decades and are very familiar with the once in a while giant bugs that come into the house. But Sandy Cheeks had way too many. Our last night we were watching a movie in the living room and one appeared coming out of the sofa. There were quite a few each night in the lower level bedrooms. The lower level beds were quite uncomfortable- mattresses and box springs need to be replaced. On the plus side, the location is wonderful- super close to beach access. The house is stocked with lots of games and books. A refresh would make the house perfect.

Perfect family house

We had 11 people and It was plenty of room. Enjoyed our stay very much. Literally walked across the street to the beach. Clean and really enjoyed it. Will recommend to anyone traveling there.

The house was ok but had a lot of bugs roaches, large ants 3 different kinds. They were in the beds, in the sinks and everywhere. Some of our guest were bitten and one of the small childten was having nightmares. I have nerver seen anything like it. Hundreds of large ants. I feel the owner should make some kind of refund. I called the management co. and told them.

Great Spot for a larger group

Perfect for our family over Thanksgiving. Kids rooms in the basement were perfect, location is about a mile walk to the restaurants which was fine. Super safe and the neighbors are great. Would definitely come again.

We can’t wait to come back for a third time!

This was our second time staying here and we still love it. The house sleeps several people , and there is room for everyone to spread out when they need a little quiet time. Great place for our dogs. Very pet friendly, clean and a very short walk to the beach. We look forward to returning soon.
