Comfortable to a point

Looks like an older hotel that is really trying to stay updated. The beds and floors were clean, but there’s several areas that are constantly being overlooked and not kept clean like doors and bathroom walls. Staff was very friendly.

The facility was very clean and the staff friendly. Located at an Interstate exit, the neighboring properties were not as well maintained. No problems. Enjoyed our stay.

When I booked online it said the room I booked would sleep 6. When we checked in the room only had 2 queen beds and when we asked the front desk she was very rude and said that the website is wrong and they don’t have any rooms that will sleep 6. She was no help in the situation and was very rude and offered no help to fix the problem. We won’t ever stay at a Laquinta again.

When I entered the hotel lobby, it felt as if I were at the Stanley. I had a spacious, clean room. I really liked the bar/restaurant in the back (downstairs) - I was able to enjoy a drink in a beautiful setting with nature all around. They also have a smoking section there.

The place was run down, the doors and walls are thinking. There were a lot of animals. There was hair in the pool.

Slightly Shabby

Hotel appears to be a slightly shabby remodel of an older hotel. The room had a strange odor, and the comforter on the bed smelled of stale cigarette smoke.

The only thing I would comment on was that they should have an electronic front door for us poor people that have to carry our stuff inside. It is hard to open the door manually with your hands full! Nice place.
