At checkin, the computer system kept going down, they tried many times to reboot it and finally the transaction went through. Not the clerk’s fault at all. Microtel needs to fix their system. 5 guests could not get checked in and we all had someplace we needed to be. We won’t be staying here next time.

Upon arrival, they were resurfacing the front parking lot but they were done within one day so no major inconvenience. The continental breakfast was very minimal but I've come to expect this from most hotels now. The hotel was very quiet and in a great location for the event we were attending. We also love that it's within walking distance from The Boot Bar/Restaurant. We eat there every night and love it.

Great value, good sleep.

I stayed five nights and will definitely stay again. My room was spacious, modern, and mostly clean. The window curtains and a lampshade had some stains, and the breakfast didn’t have much in the way of hot food. However, the overall room was very clean. I appreciated the hardwood floors for the extra sense of cleanliness. The cold food options and coffee at breakfast we’re good enough for me. I said that use the kitchenette in the room, but it was nice to have. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. The staff was always friendly.Overall, the room was clean, big, and a great value for the price. I was happy to have found this hotel, and I would definitely choose it again.

The staff is completely worthless and customer service is lacking. There is a single person that works days that can do anything. The rest explain that they cannot do whatever you need without permission. The maid staff was more interested in standing outside smoking than cleaning the room. Dirty towels not picked up after calling for service and another towel left from the previous guest. Overall a real classy place which I will never use again. I cannot believe the Wyndham is ok with the management and completely lack of customer service. The lack of breakfast items one day 'because I didn't have time' was a nice touch. This place is awful. Avoid it at all costs.
