The hotel was amazing! We were really taken care of and Fred that was working the front reception really made my daughter and I feel cared for, he was so helpful, professional and friendly. We loved how clean and inviting the hotel was. Our room was perfect and the Nespresso machine was a nice surprise. The bed was comfy too. The Speak Easy in the basement is a must!! We walked all everywhere in Old Town Fort Collins and were always excited to go back to the hotel. Free parking booking through Expedia was great!

Great Boutique Hotel!

Super cute, boutique hotel right in the heart of Old Town Fort Collins. Wonderful staff, great condition for an older building, great amenities, easy parking, close to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Highly recommend!

Walls are paper thin. I could hear so many outside conversations, door closings etc. the man in the room next store was having very clear phone sex for 2 hours at 1:30 in the morning, so clear that we could hear the woman on the other end of his line
