I was told I had an accessible room. Which in my opinion it was not. It had a grab handle outside the shower door in a spot that really served no purpose. The restroom was not accessible if I was in a wheel chair or even used a walker. I'm a below knee amputee and pack accordingly and bring my own shower stool. But the shower was not set up with soap and shampoo shelf that was accessible. It was behind me as I was facing the shower head, which had no pressure. One other thing. I don't think that it is a good practice to charge someone for incidentals prior to knowing if it will be required. I WAS CHARGED $25.00 at check in and was told that it could take up to 5 working days to be put back in my account. NOT ACCEPTIBLE!

The bathroom needs to be renovated. The wallpaper was coming apart from the wall. The shower head barely put out a steady stream of water. Worse was bathroom floor. Couldn’t decide if it was dirty or severely stained.

Nice bed and room. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. After a day outside in 98-degree weather, we were looking forward to a nice swim in your pool. However, the air conditioner was not working in the pool area, and the pool room was overwhelming HOT!!
