We (group of 8) called for the offered airport transportation and was left standing outside for 1.5 hours in very cold weather. Each time I called to check the status of the driver, the staff told me he was a few minutes away or just down the street. When they just could have been honest and said they didn't have a driver available and we would have waited inside the airport. I had my elderly mom and children. I'm VERY disappointed in this treatment.

This hotel definitely not what it appears I didn’t not stay in hotel no heat and wasn’t as it told. The lady that was on duty when I arrive an African American lady argue me down bout not been charge when she ran my card wasn’t able get my money back. It’s was a horrible experience travel from out town. I highly recommend this hotel not what the reviews label.

I reserved a room I never checked in because I was literally waiting 3 hours just for them to tell me a room still was not ready it does not take 3 hours to clean 1 room insane I use to love this hotel I’m a faithful guest to this establishment and the fact they still charged me is crazy they charged me and I never checked in I’m not sure if I would return

Defiantly lost its touch. It’s dates as well. Everything creeks and makes a sound due to over usage and it being updated. Cleaners aren’t cleaning well. I did stay for Millie’s days over 9+ days and the cleaners Jay made the beds no sheet change or floor mopping - soap was emptied out of the body wash dispenser which I find a bit odd. Will not stay again as it was my go to place.

We were supposed to have shuttle service from the airport but the front desk person was not answering the phone. We tried for 30 minutes, then took a taxi for $30. The lobby was full of loud drunks. The elevator was trashed. HOWEVER, in the morning the manager credited us $20 for the taxi ride. And the beds were nice.

The room had a slight musty odor and was not automatically cleaned unless requested through the front desk. I asked for fresh sheets and towels and handled some light cleaning myself. The front desk staff were pleasant and helpful. Although I checked out one day early, I was not offered a prorated adjustment.

Check in was a nightmare. Requested early check, which wasn’t available and that’s fair. Waited until after 4 pm to be checked in, even though check in was for 3 pm. Staff were not overly friendly during the check in process and had us wait in a long line 2 separate times. The hotel room itself however was nice, well stocked and comfortable. Hopefully this poor check in experience was a one off and others have a better experience.

The room smelled like old food when we walked in. Yuck! There isn’t much of anything within walking distance. You’ll need to door dash food or get an uber. Limited restaurant on site that’s mediocre.
