The airport shuttle was great. Winston picked us up and regardless of the airport renovations, he communicated with us and got us to the bus quickly and safely - then he sang for us and we just had to join him. Check-in was easy and quick Natalia and B (can't quite call her name:)) did a great job at checking us in, assuring us and answering our questions. The room was ok, a/c fridge, excellent

Satisfactory in every way

The room was large - 2 queens, sofa bed in a sitting area. Coffee available downstairs and in the room - refrig, microwave, iron/board, hair dryer also. AC good, airport shuttle on the half hour. We walked, less than 15 minutes, every night to a different restaurant, even in the rain. Highly recommend Mundi's, Italian food and The Fish House. Breakfast was okay - waffles, eggs, cereal, juice, yogurt, toast, etc.

Hotel check-in time 3pm... I checked in just begore 3pm and was given room 103 right off the noisy lobby. I immediatey walked out of the room without settling down my bags to request another room due to the noise level. Jeremiah could not move me to another room as the hotel was "sold out" and assured me the lobby would be quiet at night. I could hear the front desk phone ringing before I turned on the fan so I could fall asleep that night. I was awoken at 3am by the security guard and female guests having a loud and long social conversation in the lobby that continued even after I opened the door and looked out.

Easy pick up from airport to hotel. Clean room. Staff were efficient. Close to the cruise port. Must PAY for shuttle to cruise port (Lyft was less expensive). Truly easy location for airport to hotel. Then hotel to port.

The food near the hotel is great. Many dining option that is walkable. There is complimentary airport shuttle to and from hotel. Room is spacious and clean. Super economical for the cost.
