Everything was fine I felt bad for the reception desk both ladies were very busy with early check in and people stranded because of their flights were canceled. We were early and they put us on a list and called us when our room was ready.

Safe was not open upon entering room. When we called the front desk to ask about it, they said it was no longer an amenity they offer. The room was decent, beds were comfy. It was really close to the airport and the shuttle only took about 20 minutes to pick us up from the airport.

The "top" breakfast was mediocre. But the worst came when one of my family members was not able to come from the airport using the hotel shuttle, even despite my presence already in the hotel. I then asked for the hotel manager to contact me after this incident. Nobody did. I then called the hotel and spent probably like an hour trying to reach the front desk and being hung up on, trying to leave the voicemail for the manager and being hung up on and then finally reaching the supposed manager and being hung up on midsentence while trying to explain the situation. A truly disreputable establishment.
