The star of this property is the employees. Welcoming, friendly, responsive and eager to help. The room was immaculately clean and well appointed. Nice views from the ocean view rooms. I can only imagine how great the oceanfront views are. My only complaint is that the towels at the pool area are flimsy and where they looked liked they tried to save some money. However, that didn't diminish my experience. This hotel is beautiful and has such a vibe and Instagram worthy photo opportunities. Stay here!

Overall a great stay. Would def stay again. Room was awesome, pool was gorg, room service and concierge were on point. Complimentary drink specials upon check in. The only drawbacks were no garage parking unless you paid $60 per day valet. You have to find parking around the property that allows paid overnight parking that has to be paid for. 2nd night we found a spot that we didnt have to pay for parking.

ROOMS ARE VERY OVER PRICED PARKING EXTREMELY HIGH AND THEY DONT GIVE U ALL YOUR MONEY BACK PLUS YOU HAVE TO PAY A FEE DAILY FOR STAYING WITH THEM NOT A GOOD BUSINESS

The room was very spacious, I stayed in the junior suite! The kitchenette was as fantastic, it was great that I was able to keep additional beverages cold and reheat leftovers. A bit of a walk to most of the restaurants but otherwise a great stay!

Our room was less than expected- we were in the second room of a suite I believe- super small no view of the ocean as expected- seemed like we were sharing a room with the main suite - not what we wanted or expected

I will NEVER stay at another Hilton property.8 days of pure craziness.ranging from not enough blankets,beds had no sheets.different charges then listed.they threw dentures away.breakfast was prepaid but had to pay cash,run from 8th floor to lobby to get told go get reimbursed every day.i could go on and on
