It was a very bad experience with the hotel and Expedia after I booked the reservation with Expedia I ended up paying another 1200 dollars on top of whatever I paid Expedia every time i ask why i have to pay extra the answer was that you booked through 3rd party, the bathroom wasn’t clean no towels for the 3rd person Spider on bed overall very bad experience,, just be careful with Expedi

This was my first time staying here. It was WONDERFUL !!!! I’d stay again for sure. I got upgraded to a one bedroom suite just for being a member/my original room not being ready upon arrival. The staff was friendly, gracious. The resort is directly across the street from the beach. One-two minutes, you’re on the beach, depending on how fast you walk lol, I saw some reviews about the elevators. There’s only one designated to Nube; rightfully so bc they get a lot of traffic. The other elevators are pretty fast though. The rooftop restaurant nube was awesome ! Drinks were veryyyy good. Room was very clean as well, had a nice sized balcony. Master bedroom/bathroom; half bath near the entrance, living room. Full sized kitchen. I only used the microwave. The room felt like an apartment. I really enjoyed my stay here :)

Just sharing my experience with this hotel while this hotel does look nice and luxurious My one word description for them is greed Just be aware that whatever rate you probably get here does not include a lot of things that are considered nesscary in any hotel stay The amount of hidden fee or charges is crazy First vallet parking is 60$ a night and not included in ur stay so if you plan to come down here do not rent a car otherwise it will cost probably as much as the rental itself Second the hotel has mandatory resort fee charge 47$ which they claim you benefit from it with the following 2 bottles of water ( meaning you cannot ask for more water otherwise you will get charged for it ) You get access to two beach chairs and beach towels ( note: they do not mention in order to have an option umbrella with that you need to pay 30$ extra ) You get 20% off SPA services ( note: they add it back under gradituity charge that’s 20% ) I personally never seen a hotel or resort have so many mini charges Like this I also got to mention while the rooms might be semi clean … I must note if you are reserving a junior suite with a kitchen there are small roaches all the time that keep appearing ( when asked to take care of it the person they sent or didn’t send them obviously did nothing we never got a follow up email n what’s going on ) It’s just so upsetting to have to pay around 250-300$ a night to be so stingy

Great restaurants but bad hotel service staff!!!

Beautiful hotel on the beach!! Great restaurants on site. Very nice pool had 150 chairs but ONLY 12 umbrellas which was poorly planned out. Guests were unhappy with that ALL day. Housekeeping and room service staff not that great. I asked for ice to the room and they told me to go get it. My key card wouldn't let me get to a floor that had the ice machines, so I had to go downstairs to get ice. The same thing happened the 3 days I was there. One person told me to walk the stairwell and find ice!!! I asked for face towels and the person on the phone asked what did I need them for? They need to work on customer service at this location.

Generally food was overpriced and just above average. That included the hotel and surrounding restaurants. I'm sure there were places with excellent food that we missed. The overall value makes this a worthwhile destination for someone simply looking to relax, stay local to their hotel, and minimize the effort and time related to additional travel.

Overall, we have enjoyed our stay at The Beach House. Its not the full luxury experience of the nearby hotels (hotel is squeezed between the W and the Four Seasons) but the price we paid for a 1 bedroom suite was also bearable. On arrival, we got upgraded to a corner suite (vs normal 1 br suite) which had larger balcony space that we enjoyed. The hotel provided a crib upon our request but it took a lot longer to get it (several hours of wait) then I would expect. So nap time for my toddler was a disaster. Hotel provides some concierge service through text messaging which worked well sometimes and didnt work the other times (no one showed up or showed up 5 hours later). The property itself is renovated and well maintainted. Beds were very comfortable! I didnt feel like the floors were cleaned daily as there were lints and dust on it. We had a full kitchen but absolutely nothing in it - no plates, mugs or even wine glasses (which we thought was odd). Beach is not super clean around there and they charge you extra for an umbrella or an extra chair (2 come with room). Some pool/beach towels were worn out. People at front desk and bell men were very helpful. But the daily valet is very expensive -$60 a day!
