My room was sold before I arrived. They said that there was a plumbing problem and that is why they couldn't give me the room. While I was waiting for a Taxi they told someone on the phone that an electrical issue was why they no longer had rooms. Cab driver said they gave away reservations and give false excuses about it all the time. I was also promised a refund for my stay that I never got.

We stayed here before our cruise, for the second time. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was ok, but not a huge selection. We had an unfortunate incident happen, and the hotel staff was very supportive and helpful. Thanks to the hotel manager for your assistance and care. The hotel is convenient to the airport and cruise port. We would stay here again.

Nice people, not a great hotel

We had great service, everyone was very friendly. When we arrived we checked in, when we got to the room there was no hand soap to wash our hands, when we asked about getting some, the hotel said they were completely out of soap which was a little concerning. The next thing that was disappointing is all of the glassware in our room was very dirty. We had to go down and ask for clean glasses. The last thing we were not happy with was when we went to take showers the body wash container was empty. Overall just feels like the room was not ready when we checked in like it should be.

There were stains on the floor and the shower was so high pressure that the streams of water actually hurt. First time in my life that I’ve have a painful shower. Lighting overall was not great either.

The staff was very accommodating! We arrived way early and Rose stored our luggage for us until our room was available. As soon as it was available, she texted us and we were able to move in. We only stayed one night, but the staff was excellent throughout our stay! We will stay again!
