This place was amazing! I don’t know what people who say the elevators are an issue are talking about unless it’s been resolved. I almost canceled my reservation and stayed elsewhere bc of the reviews that said elevators are a problem. I had no issue getting an elevator over a busy weekend, the suite is amazing! From having 1-1/2 baths, a living room, dining room, spacious kitchen, wall in closet, his n hers sink in the master bath, and a balcony that stretched the entire width of my suite with amazing views I was impressed! The valet was very very accommodating, the staff at the desk and door were great, friendly, and really made sure that I got everything I wanted out of my stay! 10/10!!! Will def be staying here again! Don’t listen to the people complaining about elevators not once did I wait and was in and out from Thursday to Sunday. I’m sure many people left at checkout time as I did Sunday also which would probably be the busiest time and chance of having an elevator issue, but there wasn’t 1 incident! Great place to stay!

Loved the 2 pools. Asked for body wash and conditioner as one bathroom had none, said they’d send it up. Never did. Room was big and fit our needs. Direct beach access means cross a 4 lane highway. Also free beach chairs and umbrella means wait in line for half hour get your chairs and can’t leave or they will give your seats away within 30 minutes. Not very impressed

The staff was polite, The apartment offered a beautiful view, However the cleanlinness could have been better Another significant issue was the elavators, the waiting time was approximately 25 minutes, which was quite inconvenient. The pool was a decent size and well maintained .

While the hotel is well maintained and the room was clean and well kept, there were several problems. 1. Elevators are extremely slow. Be prepared to line up and wait, sometimes for 5-10 min. 2. There was no phone in the room to call down to the front desk, if you need to speak to someone you need to go to the lobby. Staff were very responsive but there should be a way to call down. 3. This is a VERY busy hotel, and you will hear noises throughout the night. We were woken up both nights of our stay by other guests having parties. The first night at 4am!!! The second night at 2 am. Granted it was a long weekend, and not the hotel’s fault, it still reflects poorly on their brand and reputation. And of course I needed to go down to the lobby at 4 am as I couldn’t call down. Other than these issues, the staff were kind and responsive to our needs.

The worst experience. I’ve been waiting three weeks for news about my refund due to a cancellation, and no one answers the phones or emails. The worst customer service, and when someone finally does answer the phone and you tell them you’re calling about a refund status, they shamelessly hang up on you. There should be an option in the review to give not even one star.

I would like to start by saying that the room accommodations & staff were excellent. We appreciated the courtesy shown to us throughout our stay. How ever there were several issues that significantly impacted our stay. The elevators were extremely slow, with wait times reaching up to 20 minutes on multiple occasions. this was highly inconvenient and frustrating. additionally the beach was consistently overcrowded and there were not enough beach lounges available for guests, despite arriving well before midday, we were unable to secure beach lounges until late afternoon. As a result ,we were unable to fully enjoy the beach amenities that are advertised as part of the resort experience. Given that I paid resort fees specifically for access to these amenities, I feel that I did not receive the value promised. Due to these circumstances, I respectfully request a refund of the resort fees totaling $175 for the 5 days charged during our stay, I look forward to your response and a rsolution. Booked a 2 bedroom and received a 3 bedroom with small tiny rooms since “they didn’t have”. Rooms are not cleaned well, mostly likely they don’t change sheets as one bed was covered in hair as soon as we walked in. I asked do you do housekeeping? Said with such confidence to make me feel stupid for asking the response was “of course we do after you leave”. Phones to the front desk don’t work, had to go down to the front desk to ask for fresh towels. Half hour later still no towels went back a second time and finally got it. Second night I asked for fresh towels and they were delivered to the wrong room on my floor. Couch is covered with couch covers as it’s probably filthy. Carpet and floors have a nice shade of black and filth. Doors to the balcony have such a draft the rooms were cold from the draft and filled with mosquitos getting in from the cracks.
