The room was good but needs a little updating. The one thing that annoyed me is they have no cash on hand. I just needed change of a $10 for tips. The hotel is approximately halfway between the airport & cruise port. Don't they think travelers may need some change. And before you criticize, yes I did bring small change but used it up tipping at the airport etc.

Hotel was in a deep state of disrepair. Room was muggy and air conditioning had issues managing the climate. Walls were thin and noisy. Surrounding area was also fairly unsafe, plenty of unhoused around strung out. If your looking for a quiet, safe, cleanis stay, keep looking.

The facility is nice in general, especially the breakfast area. Good coffee. but the vinyl floor of our room was dirty. Probably vacuumed often, but rarely mopped. Dirt on our feet was evident when we took a shower. I reported this to the staff. The bed was pretty good as well.

When we arrived sunday afternoon January 25, the girls at the front desk were very nice, fun and helpful. Also, the girl at the front desk in the early evening on Sunday was also very kind. Unfortunately i dont remember their names
