All good. However, our stuff were removed from the room while we were out due to their system sync and we lost a couple of things. You cannot get out items if the people are not present in the room.

The hotel overall was updated and nice. Because we were traveling with our dog we were happy to see that the room had hardwood floors! However, the floors just seemed like they weren’t very clean. Our feet were always super dirty from walking on the floors, which was indicated each time we got in the shower and could see all the dirt washing away. Even when we asked to have the room cleaned one day it didn’t seem to solve the problem. Everyone working there was super nice and welcoming and if not for the dirty floors we would probably consider staying there again.

Our room was very nice except the door lock was broken. The next day we move and the tv was broken. The maintenance man tried to fix it and then dropped it. Moved us to another room and a small roach was crawling on the bed. We stayed in that room but not happy about the bugs. Found 2 more dead ones on the door in the bathroom.

It's always a nice stay at La Quinta Inn Cypress Creek! The staff is helpful and friendly and the rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast they provide is delicious and the variety of foods isn't what you'd expect to get from a hotel. My family and I choose this hotel each time we have an outing or getaway.
