We stayed at Lago Mar our last day before catching our flight home from our trip to Key West. Wish we would have stayed longer. Resort was beautiful, room was spacious and clean. Staff, very accommodating. We arrived early and were able to use the property amenities before checking in. Would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 year old. The resort is very family friendly but does not feel overrun by kids at the same time. There are so many activities to do, places to eat and the beach is absolutely incredible. The room was immaculately clean and all of the stuff we came in contact with throughout the resort were so nice. The only exception was the older ladies cooking at the Soda Shop. They were rude and unpleasant to be around. They were constantly complaining about something, being condescending and unnecessarily harsh to the younger girls up front doing coffee or being rude straight to your face. It became a situation where I felt like I had to brace myself before going in in anticipation of what drama they were causing. Very weird vibes and unnecessary, it’s not that hard to be a decent and kind person to others. Otherwise, our trip was great and we will definitely be back.

Thank you for a really good stay. The room is nice and spacious even though a little dated. We enjoyed the Soda Shop for breakfast and the main restaurant. Fran and Nanjulie and Joan were wonderful to work with. Fritz was great we missed the parasailing but hopefully next time. Beach was beautiful as were the pools. Great service at the bar all and all a great vacation thank you

Clean room, nice staff, great beach. The food at restaurants isn’t great and is way overpriced. But the staff is kind and the location near the port is wonderful - good place to stay for a holiday before or after your cruise.

Beautiful hotel and great location especially if you have a cruise scheduled. Great spot for families with shallow and heated pool, on site playground, mini golf, and access to the beach as well. Property was well maintained, clean, and friendly staff! We enjoyed the live music at the pool in late afternoons while kids continued to swim. We would absolutely stay here again.
