The rooms are in serious need of updating — the carpet is heavily stained, there’s a noticeable smell of mold, and housekeeping is basically nonexistent. We stayed for two nights, and the only time maids came to clean was around 5 PM, when it was already getting dark. Overall, the property feels overpriced given its condition. On the positive side, the front desk staff is excellent, and the valet service is outstanding.

The position of the hotel is perfect and I have appreciated the kindness of the staff at the reception and restaurants. We had some problems with the cleaning of the room which we had to request daily because it was not done. Suggestion: a breakfast buffet option will be preferrable because with kids the breakfast with menu a la carte is a little bit complicated.
