Do not stay here management is very rude but the workers were good. They charged us for a movie that was not purchased, and when we were checking in, there were gas, checking out, complaining that they were charged for parking when they took an Uber in. If you stay here, check your bill before you leave.

We had a superior king overlooking the ocean. The room was spotless and smelled wonderful after being cleaned daily by staff. The staff was very friendly and took time in responding to our questions. Loved the lazy river!

The staff was great! The room was good and very clean. I was not happy to start receiving spam (marketing) emails from the hotel as soon as I got back. We are also not fans of barn doors for the bathroom. There was also no hooks for the towels near the shower.

Very nice hotel and great rooms. There are a lot of hidden fees -and I started with a cost of 350 and while we did eat there- ended up with a 600 dollar plus bill.

What a superb resort! The location is awesome, the staff is amazing, and the rooms are huge! The family and I loved this place. The only reason for 4 stars is because of what everyone else is complaining about in the reviews -- they ding you for every little thing. Parking is expensive, food is expensive, in-room dining and snacks/drinks/water are super expensive. Other than that, the hotel is now in need of a bit of a facelift. You can see the wear and tear everywhere. It's not an issue right now but it will be within the next 1-2 years.
