I thoroughly enjoyed my seaside suite. Gorgeous view. Loved that the property is located on the beach. The outdoor beach service is immaculate. John provides wonderful service with a smile. Throughout the property, I found the staff to be kind and attentive. I also enjoyed the pool area and the rooftop spa- it’s small but the service was quality. All in all- I enjoyed my respite at The Pelican.

Get ready for extra charges and no customer service. Threatening to charge if the towel keys are not returned and loud announcements at the pool about picking up towels if you’re gone for 30 minutes. Dinner was overpriced, cold upon arrival and took 2 hours to get to the table. Check out did not care about our negative experience. Will never be back.

I stayed there for two nights, but the housekeeping never came, when I checked with the reception at 4 PM about housekeeping, they said because the hotel is 95% full, and the housekeeping cannot clean every room. (housekeeping close at 4:30 PM) So I asked for two clean towels, it didn’t arrive until two hours later. They charge an extra $52 resort fee for each night, that should include two bottle of water each night. But when I try to get it a second day, they said water it’s only given out on the first day. Aside from their service, and poor cleaning condition, the beach is nice

We had a wonderful time here. It was very family friendly with the lazy river, pool and easy beach access. They had fun events like a kids glow party with spelling bee and coconut race. My daughter had a blast. The staff were beyond accommodating, especially Andrew by the pool, Jean by the beach and Donte. I don’t have some of the names but everyone spoiled my daughter with fruit and ice cream any room she walked into and made her feel like a princess. We would definitely come back!

Thank you for a wonderful stay. The view of the ocean from the room was beautiful! The biggest asset to this place however is the staff. Genuinely the best hospitality team I’ve experienced. Very friendly and professional service whether it’s the lobby, restaurant, beach, pool and especially the cleaning team. The room was great, it’s starting to show signs of aging but nothing major. It was clean and welcoming and once again the view at sunrise was to die for. We had breakfast on the patio which was delicious with excellent service and reasonably priced. Thanks once again and especially to the team!
