I took almost 2 hours of waiting in line to check in and once getting to my room, it was in bad shape with damage on the walls, stains in the bathroom and the best part was the speaker right outside my window blasting music for the pool all day. Do not waste your money here.

Don’t waste your money here. Rooms smell awful, dirty, cockroaches, pool is nasty. We tried to get a refund our first night and no manager.. tried calling all weekend and the following weekdays and no answer. Ended up leaving on our first night anyway. Terrible communication and terrible stay.

Not fit to call Plaza Hotel. I really think Expedia should disassociate themselves from this Hotel. It was the worst thing call a hotel I ever experienced. From standing inline to check in waited an hour and a half to giving an occupied room then another room that had cockroaches and this is just a few of long list of the vast amount of things we experienced there. I was embarrassed to put my family through that.

Honestly this the worst hotel I have used, dirty all arround, staind sheets. In the morning some one from the hotel tried to get in without knoking or asking. Room's microwave wont work, bathroom was dirty, multiple stains on the wall, washing place was broken on a side, sink was damage and broken. I hope this review guides you away from it... horrible experience...

If you’re contemplating staying here for the $100 per night price, RUN! You’d be better off finding the closest homeless shelter and staying there for the night. Upon entering the hotel, you are welcomed by the scent of what I can only describe as cockroach repellant spray, like when you fumigate a house. The scent is so thick that it coats your skin and clothes. I’m worried that a tomato juice bath won’t get this smell off of me, my wife, and our daughter. If that’s not enough, you’ll likely see 10-15 people just hanging around in the parking lot, lobby, “gift shop”, and in your hallway. Don’t expect to feel safe staying here. The front desk staff was friendly. That’s about the only positive. No, that is the only positive. Upon arriving to our room, we first noticed a few dead cockroaches on the floor. Not a great start but decided to give them the benefit of the doubt. We left for a few hours to do some shopping/grab some food. When we returned and opened the door, I saw a cockroach running away from the bed. I killed it and thought that might be it. Unfortunately, as I rounded the corner of the bed, two more cockroaches were scurrying away. I killed both of them and grabbed our suitcases and we left. I’ve requested a refund but we’ll see what happens. Please take caution when booking this place. I promise you you’re better off spending $100 more to stay at any other place.

This is my first time writing a hotel review, it was absolutely awful!! I stayed there for one night on Nov. 21st. At night about 10pm, I heard a man talking over the phone next door since it’s a joint room with a door in between my room and his room, I guess that’s the reason why I was able to hear him. I also made sure my door was well locked once I checked in. Then soon after I heard he was banging on the door on his side continuously and kept saying “hello”! I was too scared to even move! I sat on my bed and held my breath. Then I heard him banging the main door from outside. I am a female by myself in the room, I was scared to death! After a while when he was quite, I tried to call front desk so that hopefully someone can help me change a new room, I dialed many times the phone in the room was not even working!! Then I used my own cell phone and called the hotel number for another 10times, no one was answering!!! According to the front desk staff in next morning there were two people on duty on that night! If it that man banged on my door for another time I would definitely call 911! I think it’s even not important to mention that the hair drier was not working either, and also that the next morning when I was checking out, another guest was picking a pillow in his finger tips with a bed bug crawling on it! All in all , I don’t recommend it, not even worth one penny!!
