Clean but bed horrible

The hotel was nice and clean. The bed slept very horrible.That’s the biggest problem I had the mattress wasn’t comfortable the staff was very nice and friendly

$10 per package fee is ridiculous. As the property gets more & more popular, the worst the conditions get. During peak times no extra pillows or blankets available. Room cleaning absolutely needs to improve. Sheets were torn, some stains, on bedding. The staff is friendly but one employee cannot handle being at the desk alone. At least 2 people needed to keep good flow. Location is amazing but they need to improve!

We arrived early. They were nice enough to let us check in early. The room smell so fresh when you walked in. There is plenty of dining options in walking distance. They have laundry facilities to use which is great when travelling

The furniture in the room (couch) Room 215 should be replaced. Poor choice of fabric for couch and chair. Should be something more durable and e able to be cleaned because of high usage

Roof started to leak during the rain. I came back from being out and the apartment was flooded the table the floor. I took video of everything and the only thing they wanted to comp at that time was five dollars for parking. They told me I need to talk to Expedia about getting a refund so I need somebody from Expedia to contact me.

The carpet in this property is stained and smelly. It seems to be a battle to keep the property clean. The management needs to hire more workers to clean the property. The mini gym is dirty. They need to use real mops and pine soles to cleanse and disinfect. Keep it clean.
