Beach walking!

The location of this place is what is spectacular! Easy to walk along the beach. It is self check-in and there are instructions taped to a window. Easy and self explanatory enough. The room was fine, but a little unclean. I washed everything before using it as it felt like a layer of dirt on it. But the low cost and proximity to the beach was great and I would stay here again.

The info about parking is not accurate, there are only 4 spots for 8 units and 2 of them is mostly taken by management and the street parking is very limited, they basically are not accurate and transparent about parking situation and the bathroom is very old and run down

If you are looking for an inexpensive place close to the beach, this could be it! Staff are great. We arrived way too early for check in, but we were able to leave our suitcases in the office. They called us when our room was ready. The beach chairs and beach towels in our room were a great bonus. We would have no hesitation staying here again.

The property could be nice. Everything needs to be recaulked and cleaned and repainted. ( by a professional painter). Bed was AWFUL and there were 4 hangers in the room. For a man and his wife. Wife not happy

We liked the proximity to the beach and the Broadwalk. Parking is a little bit of an issue but if you pay around 20 bucks you can park in any street nearby.
