We had a wonderful stay at the W Fort Lauderdale thanks in large part to Nakeisha Denatus. She single-handedly made sure we were happy and taken care of EVERY time we saw her. The hotel itself was very good, but seeing her at that front desk each time we came in was truly the icing on the cake for us.

The property, the location and the room were really nice. I ordered an ocean view and the view was only partial. It would have been nice if it mentioned that before. Also, we experienced 3 roaches in our room.

Room was not clean. Waited for 45 minutes "for sheet change" Apparently a room check done by a manager showed sheets hadnt been changed. Rooms VERY dated. This is not what I paid for at $700/night VERY DISAPPOINTED!

We loved our upgraded room and the staff was exceptional. Very clean and comfortable. Chloe that checked us in was adorable and super sweet and informative with my questions. So started our stay wonderful from the get go! Everyone else there was awesome as well.

Clean, spacious, upscale, zero complaints. The service was great. Pools were excellent. Location was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

The bar on level 4 was very good and nice people. Valet was quick but rude and oblivious every time I went in and out. Housekeeping came after 6 pm the first day and then came late each day. One day they left the patio door open so the room was very warm. Drinks at the pool were bad and quite over priced.
