They took a photocopy of my license. I have never had that done at any other hotel. There were no tissues in the room, there was no conditioner or lotion in the room. It was very bare bones and it was not inexpensive. It was not a nice experience.

Elevator was broke. At check-in they said it would be probably working the next day. Had to carry my bags upstairs. So did a bunch of other senior citizens. Found out it was broken all week There is little to no hot water when taking a shower My room was stinking like they had mold infestation

Elevator was not working, rooms floor was sticky, Lack of pillows. Spoke with manager if anything can be done about the inconvenience of not having an elevator. She responded with a laugh and asked if they didn’t let me know before renting room. And also stated that she then would have to give everyone else a discount. All in all very unprofessional and regretful stay. WOW!

We had no hot water for showers, called twice. They were working on it but it was continuous throughout the stay. Every floor smelled like smoke and often times could see it in the hallways. Awful odor from the AC unit. Elevator was down. I asked about repairs and was told they are not paying over time to have it fixed, they were waiting until Monday.
