Luxury ?

We always stay at the Hyatt when we go to Sloan which is often and this experience was awful, so much, you couldn't pay me to go back...a fee for parking. A fee for breakfast. The deposit was more than the room itself. There are no vending machines and the little shop sells theee micro sodas that go for about 3 dollars a pop. 4 dollar bottle water.. Our room was fine until my daughter too a shower, used a towel and broke out in a head to toe rash. Harsh detergent or maybe hard water. For a "luxury" hotel it wasnt thought over. And then to top it off a woman knocked on my door while we were sleeping to see when we were leaving. This was at 830 AM. One there is a comoiter that can give you that information in the lobby and two are you kidding me? The feont desk was not friendly. It took 8 minutes to check in and not so much as a goodbye on the way out. Now that i have spot hero. We will stay in the city and probably save money.

Hard to sleep in noisy area

First of all, let me say that the room was on. The decore was modern and the bed was comfortable. However the pillows we smaller square pillows which were a bit strange. Additionally, the room faced the highway and even though I was on the 5th floor all I heard were the cars and trucks driving by all night. Not very restful.
