The room had a metal piece sticking out of the bed that we kept tripping on and bumping into and got scratched up from. Breakfast was not free but I thought it was when I reserved. One day the maids claimed that we refused our room cleaning and we were not even there. There was one guy at the desk I give Kudos too as he tried to solve all of our problems the best he could.
