Location, Location, Location! One of the best locations to stay when visiting Fort Myers Beach! A quiet residential neighborhood street yet a 3 minute walk to main street, Times Square, the Bay and the new hotspot Bayside Bark, the Beach, Restaurants, Margaritaville, Shops, and the best sunsets you've ever seen! No need for a car but there's a large driveway that will fit a trailer too if you're bringing your boat.
Enjoy your back yard with your beautiful saltwater pool or go for a short walk, or go parasailing, jet ski riding, fishing, dolphin or bird watching, sunset or sunrise viewing or whatever you like, it's your vacation! You can rent a bike or boat locally too and go for morning rides right on the beach! There's a gas grill top.

This listing is for the second level unit. This unit is super cute, has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a comfortable living room and full kitchen with everything you need and a sunroom overlooking pool with a futon. Floors are ceramic and this unit is comfortably furnished. Each bedroom offers a queen bed, 32" smart TV and closets for storage. There’s also a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. There's Super fast 1 TB wi-fi speed. TV is streamed via Roku, super easy to use.
