I did not like that I had to speak to a face on a video screen instead of a human behind the front desk. At first I thought it was just due to the time I arrived, but found that the screen was used 24/7. The room was lovely, but the bathroom needed more towel racks/hooks. I was also surprised that there were no sample shampoos, lotions, etc. Appreciated the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the shower. Eggs, meat and some fruit would have been nice for the breakfast. Even just adding fruit to the cereal/waffle/toast/muffin selection would be an improvement.

Kiosk access to manager (no manager onsite). Elevator was broken ipon arrival. The hotel manager via kiosk was not aware that the elevator was broken for 18 hours. (I met a person who waked down from the 3rd floor who told me the elevator was broken aince yesterday.) My hotel froom floor was gritty with dirt so i had to rub my feet before laying on the bed

Did not feel secure with “AI” service desk , saw no staff that was keeping an eye out for trouble from where ever ….no extra towels for bathroom. Need night light for bathroom access ..vending machines on second floor only shows concern for security on first floor .
