The whole check in process is so through a video camera in a kiosk with some remote oerson and not a live person. It’s the weirdest thing I’ve ever seen. And the the kiosk broke so I couldn’t get keys to my room for over an hour. It was a terrible experience. I repeatedly asked for help and no one came. I called and had trouble getting anyone. Keys take seconds to make but with no staff to fix this simple issue check in was a nightmare. Highly recommend you hire real people to work your most important role - CLIENT SERVICE.

fine if going to a Red Sox spring training game

You check in and check out through a video monitor with someone who knows where. No human interaction, even though there was a staff person in the lobby. Also, when checking out, they want you to do so via your cell phone. Where is the individualized service? Not a fan of this set up. Hotel was basic. Not much in the surrounding area. Fine if going to a Red Sox game.

The property was clean but the bed was hard and uncomfortable. Also, you HAVE to use a kiosk to check in and out which I thought was horrible. also, they give you a wifi password like it's a secured connection but it's not, there is no place to use the password. I questioned them about it (can only do this by messaging since there isn't a live person) they told me not to worry that is was safe. It's actually not if it's not a secured network. I guy that talks to you through the kiosk was very nice but way to impersonal for me considering how much hotels in general cost these days!

There were no front desk staff ever on site the entire stay. Housekeeping staff did not speak any English, nor could they answer any questions. The virtual front desk staff charged me twice, now I need to spend my valuable time dealing with banks because of this hotels inept lack of staffing. I will NEVER stay at a Days Inn again.

This hotel is an absolute bust. There were no staff in reception. Check in was remote with an Agent who could barely speak English. When I finally got checked in the maids were still prepping rooms on the 3rd floor. None of them spoke English. The elevator creaked and moaned. Although the room had been renovated there were loose tiles on the floor. The shades were badly fitted and let light in all night. The area around and belonging to the property was littered with trash. The following day I went to grab a coffee and breakfast. The breakfast consisted of stale muffins and some sort of sweet roll that was not fit to eat. The coffee was machine made and awful. The cereal was old and nasty. There was no staff to help. Every guest was talking about how terrible their stay was. It was a complete shambles. I am seriously considering contacting Days Inn customer service and demanding a refund. Stay away from this hotel. It is the absolute worst hotel you’ll ever stay in.
