First the reservation for two queen beds when I checked in, he gave me smaller beds so I had to bring my family downstairs and then by the time we checked in was after midnight the front desk did not offer anything other than saying, sorry which is acceptable but during my stay, I found a cockroach coming from behind the fridge, those water in the bottom of the fridge The vent in the bathroom was almost falling, and I have a piece of paper that holding it in place so after my experience with the front desk during the check-in, I didn’t bother to say anything to anybody. Oh, I also found some stain on the bed cover.

The TV in the room was not working. I called to get it fuxed. This facility has noone at thr front desk. When you check in you do so by using a kiosk and a person on a screen. The TV never got fixed and their remidy was to have me change rooms ar 8pm at night. I had to catch a flught at 4am. I just went to sleep.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the checking in process. You check in using a kiosk which is equipped with a webcam and you are talking to a guy via Zoom rather than an actual person at the front desk like normal. That was a little off putting to say the least. I would recommend to utilize the pre-check in email they dend you when booking this hotel. Also note that there is no shuttle going to or from the airport. We have to Uber both ways. Otherwise the building and the room are clean. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is nicely decorated and modern.
