We stayed for 4 nights. We came to see Mercy Me in concert at the Hertz Arena which is conveniently located across the highway. The hotel is also very close to the Miramar outlets and also another large shopping mall. (I forgot the name) Check ✅ n was easy and the ladies at the desk were very nice. We enjoyed our complementary water bottles. We also enjoyed the two free drinks each at the hotel bar during happy hour each night. The bartenders were lovely. The happy hour food did leave a lot to be desired I would not even call it kindergarten snacks....the daily free breakfast was also very nice. We enjoyed to pool during the day. We did have dinner at the hotel one evening and it was disappointing. I ordered the filet mignon and it came out way under cooked. The fresh green beans were way over cooked and mushy. when the steak came back it was way over cooked. my husband got the burger and was pleased. There are so many choices of restaurants in the area, I would skip the hotel meal. We went to second floor to do a load of laundry to find quarter machines with no change machines and had to go to the front desk to get change. The machines were adequate, but took a long time to run thru the cycles and it seemed like forever to dry. I would not recommend sitting in the very small room with the machines, throw in a load of clothes and go watch a movie or go to the bar. Who wants to spend time in the laundry. housekeeping walked into the room two times with no notice.
