Not worth the 250 price tag. This hotel looks nice in pictures… it is anything but. The carpets are badly stained all throughout the hotel. Bathroom floor looked like it hadn’t been cleaned. Little to no toiletries in the bathroom. Air conditioner was loud and barely worked. Pretty sure there were blood stains on the floor of the room.. along with many other unidentifiable spots. When I asked the front desk of any recommendations for places to eat she responded with “I don’t know”. Poor hospitality and overall a horrible hotel. Will not stay again.

Stayed with family, property is old and all appliances too. There is also old furniture smell. If you are on your vacation, choose another hotel, maybe a little expensive one and do not ruin your experience.

Check-in was easy. The room felt humid, but I’m not sure if that’s normal for this area or not. The carpet wasn’t fully clean and felt damp/sticky when walking on it. The sofa also had stains on it, but the bed was okay. Overall, it wasn’t too bad for just one night, but I’m not sure I’d want to stay longer than that.

I'm not even sure where to start with this review... the only good thing about this hotel was the staff. It was the dirtiest most disgusting place I have EVER been in. The bedding was so old that it not only had blood stains on BOTH beds but the sheets, towels and comforters had been so wore down that they had huge holes in them! There were black hairs everywhere, in the bed and on the floor. Our feet were black after walking on the carpet. I brought these concerns up to hotel staff and they laughed and told me that they get these complaints 10x a day and management will do nothing about it. I will never go back there.

The overall hotel and the property were good but something was going on with our room. Our room had this overwhelming damp smell when you walked in. It was actually hard to tell if it was a damp smell because it could have been smoke. The smell was always overwhelming once you entered the room but afterward, you got used to it. Thankfully I was only staying in the room for one night otherwise I would have complained about it.

Not worth it

We had reservations through hotel.com....upon checkin they had trouble finding our reservations. One of our rooms had blood on the sheets when we went in and the room they changed us to had a very noisy ac. Breakfast was basic....waffles were rubbery.....hotel staff were often not at front desk for help. Tried the pool...two of the lounge chairs were broken and there were no pool towels available.

Bleach smell and stains on carpet.made me think room was being scrubbed for a body. Tub looked like it was redone but no slip in bottom of tub was bubbling up and pealing. Like it wasnt install correctly.

Overall the room was in poor condition due to the stained carpet/ furniture and lack of cleaning that took place. The walls of the shower were full of hair and the furniture was coated in dust. The complimentary breakfast was not good, so you should be prepared to eat elsewhere if you choose to stay at this property.
