We loved that it was decorated for fall/Halloween. The front desk staff was great as was the cleaning. I do have to mention that breakfast wasn’t what it should have been. I had a piece of raisin bread toast and it was delicious. My husband wanted one and there was none. He couldn’t find the person in charge. Desk staff looked but couldn’t find any. This went for a number of breakfast items not being available. Note that this was at the start of breakfast hours. Our room was half-a** remodeled. New sliding bathroom door but the old hardware holes still sitting in the frame. Holes of missing things in the walls. The bathtub surface is really strangely rounded and you have to be careful. Free water and cookies were great. Breakfast was tasty but there should be someone always there to assist.

The Hotel was clean and the staff were excellent. Good breakfast also, convenient to restaurants nearby. The room for some reason had a musky smell, but the A/C cooled nicely. I would stay there again.

Very Good but not excellent

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was very nice. Beds are the best of all hotels we stay at and the room was clean. Check in was a breeze and breakfast was good. My only complaint was about the coffee. It was cold in the afternoon when we checked in and the bold coffee was not very bold.

When we arrived, i was informed that we were on the 3rd floor, and the elevator was out. This was very inconvenient as i have a handicap mother who is not able to climb stairs very well. The hotel did not do anything to remedy ghe situation such as putting us on a lower level, or give our money back, so that ee xould rent a room elsewhere.
