Was put in a room which had been smoked in. Asked if the room would be cleaned our second day and was told no. My husband requested towels and he was told to do it the morning of the second day. The morning of the second day he requested towels as we left for the dayl. The person at the desk it was not necessary becuase the room would be cleaned. When we arrived back around 6pm the room was not cleaned and there were no clean towels. He had to go back down to the desk and asked for sets of towels after requesting twice. Desk staff was very polite and able to give us towels.It would have been nice to have the request fulfilled so our children could begin bathing after a day at the beach.

Booked thru 3rd party….stated 3pm check in. Arrived at hotel at 2pm (arrived earlier than planned) hoping to do an early check in. Was denied (by both 3rd party annd front desk) and told check in was at 4pm not 3pm. So I asked if I could physically check in but not get my room till available and hang out at the pool. Again denied. So I took a 1.5 hr walk to see what amenities were in the area….not much. Was nice that the beach was only half mile away tho. Once checked in, the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was, in my opinion, limited. Only saw waffles, cereal, coffee and a few apples. Checked out the pool, didn’t go in but seemed a little small for all the people in it. Overall not a bad stay but if I return to this area I will probably look for a different option.

Overall it is a good place to stay at a reasonable price. Our room was clean but the hallways were not very clean. There was only a very thin shade on the window and I woke up at 5:30 each morning due to the sunlight.

Moving out of state, I’ve stayed there multiple times, with & without my dogs. Generally no problems, tho this last time loud music was being played in the lobby at 5:30 am. The desk staff said they’d complained but had no control.

Better than expected.

Better than expected based on the reviews. If you're on a budget and wont be in the room much, its fine. Nothing extravagant but worked fine for what we needed. Do wish it was closer to more food places etc. Maybe 10-12min walk to the beach.

The staff was friendly but the condition of bathroom was disgusting. The shower was nasty and had a dead roach in shower. We stayed 3 nights and neither day did they come clean room. We asked them for two days to please make sure someone clean our room bc its being skipped for some reason and they never did come clean. The towels had yellow stains on them. Other than that, the hotel had restaurants around it and the beach was walking distance.
