To make your Florida vacation unforgettable, our beach resort offers an array of amenities which includes two pools (one is heated seasonally), tennis/pickle ball and basketball courts, a fitness center, whirlpools, saunas, meeting rooms and more! Resting on over 12 acres, El Matador is beautifully landscaped and meticulously attended featuring lush palm trees and manicured lawn. The resort is accented by surrounding sugar-white sand, the sparkling surf, and is convenient to many unique shopping establishments fine restaurants and a variety of water sports.

Age Requirement: NO reservations will be accepted for singles under the age of 25 unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian shall be allowed to supervise no more than 3 individuals under the age of 25. Parent or legal guardian MUST occupy the same room as those they are supervising. Any reservations made under false pretenses will forfeit all prepaid rents and deposits and will be required to vacate the unit.

Nice pool and beach access

El matador condo worked out great for our friend reunion. Each family had their own condo and we were able to hang out at the beach and pool together. The grills by the pool and beach were great for dinner time. The condo itself was exactly as described. You have to bring all the basics if you will be doing any cooking (salt, oil, coffee filter, paper towels, etc) and your own beach towels. Grocery store about 5 min away.

Great Time At El Matador Unit # 337!!

We had a great stay at El Matador unit #337!! Our condo was clean, well equipped and updated nicely. It was a great home away from home during our week at the beach. We couldn’t have asked for anything more! Thank you so much for a great time on Okaloosa Island!!

Great location and facility

We had a wonderful experience in this condo. It was up to date and comfortable. The ocean view was beautiful. Will definitely look to come back. The only room for improvement is the coffee maker- it was a little difficult.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay at the El Matador. They had security at the gate, the staff was friendly and helpful and it was located at the end of the beach, which made it less crowded. Our unit had been updated and the furniture was very comfortable. We slept all night long(first time in a while). We would definitely stay there again.
