Our first room smelled like cannabis very very strongly. When we went to ask if we could get a different room , the staff eventually let's us change room but never apologized for anything. The breakfast was a more traditional contential breakfast, nothing fancy but decent . The hotel over looks really nice and everything looked updated.

We found the bathrooms to be very tight. Especially the spacing of the toilet to the door. Also, the water seemed to be hard. Had to wash our hands several times in a row to get soap residue off. Same feeling in the shower. Was surprised by how loud the highway was in the room with window closed.

It was okay for a couple days, however it is not yet at the Hilton standard. The staff is not very friendly. The room had multiple issues including the toilet not flushing and the sink not draining properly.

Itching

Well we got there at 6:30pm and we laid down early due to cheer competition this weekend, well we all got in the bed and started itching, went down stairs and let them know what was going on needless to say they where very rude and loud with me. At 8:30pm we ended up leaving not going to take a chance on bed bugs. And I do not get any kind of refund and I paid for 2 nights, so $500 later we found another hotel that was nice, clean and staff was great. Though the Spark the looks of the inside was ok but looks can be deceiving. It’s awful I can’t even get a refund of one of the nights we were there literally 2 hours. I would not recommend anyone to stay there at all, it’s horrible and the owners are so mean and rude.
