Liked the position of the hotel. So close to train station which made it very easy to get around. Stayed in executive club room with free tea , coffee & snacks all day plus free alcaholic drinks between 6pm & 8pm. Ray, Lam, Ivy & Desmond were fantastic. Great service.

Asked if they could fix TV which did not happen.Hotel great spot for MRT. Wouldn't stay there again though. Hotel bit tired . Room service only every 3 days. Had to ask for another toilet roll.

バスタブ付きの部屋にグレードアップしていただきました。しかし、お湯は出ずほぼ水。スーーペリアからキングサイズベッドのある部屋に変更しても、グレードアップだから客は文句言わないとホテル側は思ったのだろうか。こんなことを思いたくはないが。そして、スリッパも1足分しかなかった。受付の女性の対応はとてもいいのだが、清掃員や見えないところで働く人たちはきっといい加減なのだろう。メモ帳も筆跡跡がしっかり残っていて、悪用しようとする人もいるから気を付けて。 チャイナタウンの端にあるので、チャイナタウンをぐるりと一周するにはとても良い位置。クラークキーという飲み屋街にも徒歩圏内なので立地はとてもいい。15分ほど。

We loved the location of this hotel to explore Chinatown and other parts of Singapore. Being very close to the MRT station was a bonus. Reva was great with our checkin as well. Hotel is looking tired in spots though, but we loved our stay here. Great value for the cost.

Nice Hotel with good staff

Hotel is in good location close to china town and the quays. Staff at the hotel were very helpful and friendly especially Amy and Bob in the business lounge who were exceptional. Plenty of choice for Breakfast would definitely stay again if in Singapore.

Reception employees were not friendly or happy to help with questions. Hotel has no Concierge. Hotel is very dated and dirty. We stayed for 4 nights, they told us after we arrived they don't clean the rooms until after the 3rd night. Carpets were very dirty, dated and wrinkly. Walls were filthy. Only nice thing about the hotel is their location. I would not stay here again.

This is a reasonably priced hotel for quite a central location. It’s easy to get around Singapore via the Chinatown train station close by. The morning breakfast was good, but needs to include non dairy milk. The pool is not great, so we didn’t use it.
