We are exactly where you want to be far enough to enjoy the amazing views of the hill Country but close enough to Fredericksburg to enjoy the town. We are located on a 45-acre property. We offer a cute barn style cottage featuring countryside views from the porch, a kitchenette, a dining area, living area, bedroom, a full bathroom and upstairs loft with a half bath, and we also offer a hot tub for you to enjoy. Each room in the cottage is decorated beautifully with fine art and furnishings. Fredericksburg has great restaurants, shopping and winery tours.
During your stay at this bed & breakfast, you'll be close to Enchanted Rock Fissure. 1 hot tub is available.

The address given took us to the wrong place. Once we found the place it was clean and quiet. The pictures online do need to be updated as it didn’t look the same. Also, wish it listed online that to get up to the loft, you have to walk outside and up the stairs. The shrubs out front covering the house made it hard to see from the road if it was the correct place. Hot tub was an awesome feature!!

House was all in good order and beds were comfortable. We really appreciated the filtered water, coffee, and snacks that were provided!! The listing is accurate that it is a kitchenette, not a kitchen. Don't plan to do much cooking or meal prep, and bring your own seasonings.I didn't see it listed, but you should be aware that the stairs to the loft are fully outside. This was fine for our group, but could be a problem if it is rainy, or if you have children that you planned to sleep in the loft.Overall, it was a great place, especially for the price. We enjoyed our stay.

Cozy house. Second story access is external so it didn’t fit our needs exactly when we needed to put our young children upstairs. Property was very hard to find in the dark and attempting to contact the property manager for guidance was a very frustrating task.
