The hotel looks great, everything is really spotless. I would really give five stars if it wasn't about the towels. Those are bad. There is hair and dirt on most of them. I also had some back pain from the mattress that I slept on, but the room was really clean and smelled crisp clean, too. We had two dogs with us and we did not have the slightest issue
