Your staff is fantastic! Each FD agent I spoke with was kind efficient and pleasantly happy, even when busy or trying to figure something out. Your breakfast attendant this weekend was kind, efficient and also kind. Your hotel rooms and overall hotel aesthetics left a LOT to be desired. Unfortunately we spent more time at the hotel than planned as my husband was ill and we could not attend the family events. In that time here are what we experienced... - The door was VERY difficult to open, the locking mechanism sticks or jams, needed to kick the door to open it - no toilet paper holder?! - We do not have children but if anyone does, they would not be able to reach the soap on the wall at the sink or the in the shower. - Whoever installed the counters left all the sink cut marks on them (did not impact our stay but lazy on their part) - the floors did not look clean, there was a lot of dust and particulate along the edges - Your hallway walls are sadly VERY dinged up and overall look dingy. Breakfast was efficient, standard but open early which was very appreciated. Coffee dispenser with hot water in the lobby - love this! not the best flavored coffee but well maintained and a great option. We booked through Expedia, looked for an affordable room at a brand we know and trust. We got a decent rate, but would not book there again. Again, your staff was wonderful!

Our experience was terrible. Our room stinked and it did not have a good illumination. The bread in the breakfasts area was expired and green; and the yogurt was expired as well.The hotel amenities where under construction, so we tried to be outside most of the time, so we didn't have to deal with the experience. We wokeup early most of the time because of the noises outside of the rooms. For the price we paid: I DON'T RECOMMEND.
