WARNING! They have a seasonal pool and hot tub that only runs from July-September. But it is not clear when you’re booking it on Expedia. So if you’re looking for those amenities you wont be able to access them for most of the year. Very disappointing, since that’s why I booked the room in the first place since it was in the middle of April on a sunny warm day. Also the rooms are very outdated with a ridiculously small older television, dirty carpets with stains all over. And the icing on the cake was a very large stain on the bed sheet!! Gross!!! In addition, the big ice machine was broken and replaced with a small ice machine with no scoop so people were probably using their hands, also gross. The lamp in the room was broken as well. Last but not least the room keys rarely worked to get in the room, due to an older key system and I saw others struggling to get in their rooms as well. Overall I would definitely not recommend this hotel to my friends or family or anyone else. Pretty big waste of money. The only upside was the friendly receptionist, I wish I would have remembered her name!

How is this place open

Won't be staying here again. - Pool was closed in the middle of Spring - Cockroaches on bathroom floor - Outdated TV - Weird double door bathroom with a gap big enough to see through - Bathroom light was taped up and VERY dim, could hardly see in there. - Broken ice machine - No protean for breakfast only carbs 2 stars because staff was at least somewhat friendly.

By far one of the worst stays for me

When we first got to our room it had an interesting smell. Our key cards were very hard to use to open our door, my husband went to get them checked out only to find out one of the two keys were not even activated. We got this hotel for its jacuzzi and we weren’t told until we were there that the pool and jacuzzi were not available. The breakfast is so basic they really only have one type of cereal, bread and waffles and on our second day there they ran out of Cream cheese and did not get more

Charges $150 deposit with checkin which is ok except that is is not disclosed before arrival. Orbitz reservation stated an amount due with checkin that did not include the deposit. also property charged for parking which was not noted on the orbitz cost. Charged me the parking fee seperate from the room with checkin and then added to the room cost with checkout so I got double charged. Check your bill at checkout. Property is old and wornout, never had hot water for my shower only luke warm, breakfast should be called toast, and maybe a waffle...

AVOID!!!

The hotel is outdated and dirty. There are stains all over the carpets, matress, and bedding. The bath tub was dirty had rust, mold and was cracked and they just put a shower mat to cover it up. The door was damaged we did not feel safe or comfortable tayomg here. Would not recommend staying here. we decided to check out early after 1 night of a 2 day stay.

I asked for a disability room with a walk in shower, got a tub. I'm disable I'm on oxygen and use a cane. I was put in a room on the second floor and the farthest away from the check in counter. The bed was not comfortable, one the shower heads and the water drains stopper were broken, the water controls didn't work properly, the sink water drained slowly, the shower curtain didn't keep the water in and the hair dryer didn't work. I couldn't connect to the chrome cast. And i got charged for parking. I have never hesrd of such things as charge for parking. One of the most unpleasant stay my wife and I have ever had.

The beds were comfortable, but that's about it that was good. The lady who set out the food for breakfast was really unprofessional and rude. To make matters worse we found a cockroach crawling on the hotel dresser close to where our daughter was eating.

The exterior and lobby are very nice. The area is very safe. Customer service is excellent. Hallways and rooms can use updates (new carpet, paint, lighting). Standard all-white clean bedding. Rooms are spacious with work area, microwave, and refrigerator. Complimentary breakfast is basic/no protein options when I stayed. Overall, Good value.
