So easy to stay at the Piccadilly Inn because of it's so close to the airport. Parking is free and the shuttle will take you to the airport and pick you up anytime day or night.

This is a very convenient hotel that is close to the airport. We did try the breakfast at Charters Cafe and it was delicious, however, it was so warm and humid in the cafe, that I didn't enjoy being there to fully enjoy breakfast. The hotel is old, therefore, there was old, outdated carpeted areas that a good vacuum couldn't help with the dirt. There are no elevators if you are given a 2nd floor room. If you have heavy luggage or have difficulty walking up the stairs, this is not the place for you. As soon as I opened the door to the room, a strong musty smell most likely from the carpet and we discovered a wasp on the ceiling that we had to get rid of. Advised the front desk but they didn't seem concerned. There were stains on the rug and on the wall. When you walk, the floor creaks. Beds are older and not too comfy. Other than convenience to the airport, I would not stay at this hotel again. This hotel needs a desperate renovation.

This hotel has a sleep/ride option, but needs to be arranged through them. The desk agent said the sleep/park/ride is approximately $120-$140 which covers 1 night stay, ride to and from airport, and 7 days parking. They say their shuttle is 24 hours and on demand. A lot of nice shuttles parked there, I don't know how quickly they respond to drop off or pick up-airport 1 block over. They also offer $10 a day parking option. (The airport has a reduced parking area at $10 a day, $15 a day for main lots.) Benefit of the hotel is it's shaded (trees) people in and out all day. Area is not the nicest. The airport has security driving through the lots, but most of lots are in the sun. The inside of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Employee as desk was nice, she explained options, but was very unclear on whether we could change over to the sleep and ride since we booked through Expedia. Front desk open 24 hours, great for late check in or early check out. Ultimately I took my car to the airport, needing to be there at 4am and felt unsure on the reliability of drop off or pick up on my return. Room itself was clean, but extremely dated. (This old casino room). Hotel hallways and stairwell were really dirty, stairs were unkempt. No elevator if you have bags for travel. Okay for a travel night, but will look for something cleaner next time. (To compare, paid approx. $105 for room and $75 for airport parking-5 days, could have paid $120-$140 for 7 days parking)

The property is fine. Older but in decent shape. We asked about a shuttle to the airport on check in and were told just come to the front desk. But in the morning the clerk said we needed to have a reservation. So she drove us to the airport! Above and beyond and most appreciated.

Desk person was horrible. Wouldn’t give us the king bed we asked for because we were a 3rd party reservation and the hotel didn’t have an elevator and I have a hard time using stairs! Why wasn’t it on the web site?

When we arrived at 11:30pm at night they made us wait in line to tell us they didn’t save our reservation and gave it away and didn’t have any rooms left. They said their system is first come first serve and don’t honor reservations even though this information was not listed online. This is a fraudulent facility and should be removed from hotels.com.

Convenient

I love staying here for trips due to the fact the airport is walking distance. The food is great. Parking is free. Rooms are dated but like out of a Time Machine, old but new somehow. Don’t sleep on The bar/restaurant, it’s good.
