For the thrifty traveler, this place could look appealing. Don't be fooled. I had an 8 night stay. The extent of the housekeeping services I received consisted of one visit 5 nighta into my stay when I wasn't able to vacate my room at the time. No offer to come back later, though that would have been sorely needed based on the 5 cockroaches I saw in my room during the course of my stay. The only upside was the free coffee in the morning. That was the only freebie. There wasn't even shampoo in the room. While it's not the establishment's fault, the other clientele were rather sketchy. I had people knocking on my door at all hours of the night on several occasions. As a solo female traveler, it definitely did not feel like a safe place. I asked at least twice to at least be placed in something other than a ground floor unit. The front desk staff told me on both day 1 and day 2 that they'd let me know when I could get a second floor room. Needless to say, I never heard a peep from them. All in all, while it at least provided a roof above my head, this would not be a place I would recommend by any means.

Great price but not a nice stay.

A lot of nearby places to eat. My son was in need of a place to stay for a short period of time and his room had a lot of cockroaches and he had to buy bug spray for the two nights he was there. Just awful. I didn't know until he told me a couple of days later.

You get what you paid for. The staff that checks you in did not seem to understand that I did my booking online and charged me again for another stay … I wouldn’t not stay here again.

They said that was just a booking and not a confirmation and they are not liable to accept my booking through this all.i want all my money back and want you to take actions for this cheating. Multiple roaches & flies in room, water spillage in area in front of door, didn’t use shower for how unsanitary it looked & roaches were crawling out of it & on floor. Comforter had cigarette butt burns on it & it stunk so bad of smoke as soon as we walked in despite being a non-smoking room. Fridge didn’t keep items cool at all & no light for kitchenette stovetop. Bathroom door did not close at all & there was no iron & ironing board which was disappointing. Towels seemed threadbare & not much provided in amenities. Guests across from me were in a yelling match when i arrived to my room & thankfully the deadbolt did work. Lots of homeless & sketchy people nearby smoking or littering & felt unsafe walking alone even to the dumpster. There was also a dog that followed me to my room to try to get inside, think it was the cleaning lady’s dog or a stray, thankfully he was small & nice but probably a hazard for those with allergies. Booked online & was a $100 security deposit when you check in; wish that was stated online too. All and all will definitely only book hotels now.

This property was not correctly portrayed on the Expedia website. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, had burn holes in the bedsheets, and bugs running around in the room. There were no cooking supplies for the kitchenette .
