It was ok. Pool was closed. Elevators broken. HVAC sounded like it was broken but worked ok. Door closure was broken so the stairway door was slamming against the wall all night keeping us from sleeping. It was the cheapest option so I guess I got what I paid for. But not as advertised.

Pool out of order! , Elevator out of order! Breakfast very low budget and bland. Staff was polite but the hotel charges way more than the experience was worth. Was very disappointed in the stay.

Staff was wonderful and very kind. The outside of the hotel looks nice, but upon entering it has a funky smell and looks worn. The elevator had just broke 15 minutes before we arrived and the only option was to take the stairs. The room was okay, had a funky smell, and the outside traffic was really loud and you could hear it all. The toilet in the bathroom rocked and leaked, the air conditioner made a loud humming noise when it kicked on.

The elevator wasn’t working so we had to lug our luggage up the stairs. There was piles of trash at the end of each hallway that reeked. The refrigerator in our room leaked all over the floor. And the only working ice machine was on the third floor. Our door to the room did not shut and latch automatically which is a safety issue. The whole place has not been taken care of at all.

he elevator was broken when we arrived, the stairwell carpet was dirty due to piping in the corners of each floor, the room was just okay. 2 stars is an acceptable rating and we only slept there for about 8 hrs then left the room. It smelled of bleach which was reassuring that someone is cleaning. Bottom line...The hotel needs major renovations. New paint, new furniture etc...

We had a member of our party that could not do the stairs and they still refused to cancel our reservation. Only one ice maker in entire hotel was on third floor.

We were checked into a room, immediately moved to a different room due to inoperable air conditioning. The next room was missing pillow case and towels and wash clothes. These things were taken care of promptly. There was issues with people getting stuck in the elevator and keys not working properly.

From the moment we arrived, it was great. The front desk personnel were very professional. The room was kept immaculate clean. The breakfast was fresh, and personnel was there to assist with anything needed. I am glad I chose this hotel to stay at. The location to the Epic Center was great, and the location to the Outlets and restaurants was super!
