Very limited breakfast, eggs very dry, not many options for anything. Pool door wouldn't open, back door for pool was left open all day when it was 20 degrees outside so when we did manage to get in the pool area it was freezing cold. Towels had holes in them. Blind controls didn't work. Staff was friendly but could only do so much to help. I feel like the cost of what I paid for two nights the hotel did not meet that expectation

Plugs by bed both didn’t work , lights were almost so dimmed in bathroom we couldn’t see, thin pillows felt like we had noon , payed extra for both rooms we both rooms we booked for jet tubs and one had missing parts by faucet . Was out of shampoo why in shower . Fridge was hot. Breakfast stops serving to early after being out late for winstar concert which is why we stayed there
