It was fine for one night! Unfortunately the pool was out if service. Also, the hotel had not fully transferred over to a non- smoking hotel!

Great Staff, Mid Quality

We came up to the area for our anniversary and we checked in around 9-10 pm. The clerk up front was very friendly and attentive. Can't say enough good things about her, if only we had her name. We got to the rooms and unfortunately the beds were rather uncomfortable and the bathroom felt a little cramped. It was serviceable though and I slept on worse, but then again, I slept on a whole lot better beds too. Breakfast was another disappointment though as the options were fairly limited but the cereal was more like powder when I tried to get some. Also, apparently half the hotel was under construction so a lot of amenities weren't available but we didn't come for those. That said, checking out, the staff were very sweet and helpful. They were worth the extra star or two in the rating.

My stay was good because the staff made it great, so nice and friendly, plus the cleaning ladies cleaned my room great everyday and even folded my extra blanket for me. The shiwer made a scream noise that killed my ears and i told the front desk and they sent maintenance up to replace the noisy shower head. The breakfast wasnt bad at all and that lady was super sweet. The bed was very uncomfortable to me, the tv was good and room was clean, but the staff made my stay a happy stay

Although it was a non smoking room, it smelled like an ashtray. The bedding was clean, but if you have an aversion to smoke do not stay here. The front guest services were very polite and welcoming.

Ok until I got bed bug nites

Two Queen room. One need was really lopsided and the other had a distinct hole in the middle. Bathroom floor had cracked tiles. I checked out on a Sunday morning and by Monday morning I had bumps on my face and under my chin.
