Upon entering the premise the location feels modern with its copper and wood details inside. There's a swimming pool on the way to the elevator. Breakfast served 6 to 9 am. Refrigerator, microwave, and coffee/tea dispenser is a big deal for my family. The room is clean, floors looked new and mopped. The bathroom had toiletries for a shower and it felt spacious inside the shower. We appreciate the luggage cart to take all items at once. Other places I've stayed didn't have this luxury (remind me of Las Vegas casino) and a working elevator feels safe. I was on the second floor and unfortunately the guests above were so loud that I didn't sleep well.

Dirty tub

The room was clean. But the bathtub had a black ring around it. By the time I noticed it was late and I was ready for bed. The staff was extremely nice and friendly. I must also note that the rest of the bathroom was spotless, so it might have an oversight. But I did let the front desk know before we left

West side Best Western Gallup, NM

I always enjoy a night here when I'm traveling through. It offers the right amount of comfort for the night. It's easy to find on I40. There are plenty of parking spaces. Electric car hookup is available. Breakfast is available and hasn't disappointed in a year. No complaints from this traveler.

Difficult situation

I just had shoulder surgery a month ago. The elevators were not working. Having to carry luggage up two flights of stairs was not ok. I should have been informed by the hotel after booking.
