The unexpected $150 fee that is held was ridiculous! Some people only travel with limited amount of money. Thw ac in the dinning area was either broke or not on. The bed i have literally slept on a floor and been more comfortable. Staff was friendly..

Well this is a Best Western, not the Ritz so keeping that mind it’s a great hotel for a cross country trip with a dog. Hotel was clean, rooms and bathrooms are clean. Walls are thin i felt like i had roommates but if the AC fan is blasting you don’t hear them. Perfect for a quick overnight stay while on the road and great price. I was with just my dog and ladies, i felt safe. Would stay here again!

The air condition was pretty loud due to maybe need a new filter? We didn’t get enough sleep and the bed mattress was pretty inconvenient that hurts our back. The fitness room’s equipment are not working with no towels. Very disappointed for we always stayed here overnight whenever we visited our family in Vegas, NV. Although the free breakfast was always providing a good service.

Our room floor was very dirty. I wouldn’t stay here if you have a young family. Quiet hours are from 9pm-9am. We have a baby that occasionally does cry. They let us know during quiet hours they will call our room if they get a complaint.
