The staff were helpful most of the time, but we needed towels in the pool and when my dad asked for some, the staff he talked to forgot and never brought the towels. And the pool is small! The location is great though!

I arrived earlier than expected, and to my surprise, the staff was incredibly thoughtful—they called me as soon as my room was ready. After a long journey, it was a relief to be accommodated within 30 minutes. I truly appreciated the kindness of the gentleman who assisted us; his exceptional customer service made a world of difference during our stay. On a side note, there’s a fantastic pizza place just a short walk from the hotel that treats kids to free ice cream! The pizza is absolutely delicious too—definitely worth checking out!
