The inviting primary bedroom features a comfortable king sized bed, a perfect spot after a long day at the beach. Enjoy the brand-new electric heating fireplace. Also featured are smart TVs with gaming consoles and apps such as Prime and Netflix and a furnished balcony accessed from the kitchen area. This private outdoor space offers cool sea breezes. Diamond Beach Resort charges an additional fee for the resort amenities, which varies by season and length of stay. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 6.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
