Under staffed facility, we arrived at 1:00 was told we couldn't check-in unti 3-oclock. We didnt get our room till 4:30 which also didnt have any towels. We got towels at 6:30.

Staff was awful. Room was in dire need of upgrade. Arrived an hour before checkin time. Place was all but empty. Parking lot almost empty. Front desk refused earlly checkin. The staff had pulled AC unit covers and had them stacked at front door to hose them down. Cleaning I guess.

Breakfast had waffle or cereal. Milk was on the counter & not refrigerated! Room was old - shower had missing ledge for items and loose shower head. Carpet was stained. First room had terrible sewer odor. We did change rooms after much insistence!
